After you download it, I will share how to put it on your desktop. (just for windows 7)

Extract it
Copy the file that you have extracted
Paste it where you save the rainmeter/skins folder
Go to Notification Area Icon, then move cursor into rainmeter icon and click right mouse
Click refresh all
Move cursor to configs then to the rainmeter skin that have been paste (Aisaka Taiga) and click it
Finally, you have Aisaka Taiga rainmeter skin d^^b
